How does it work?
The workshop is going to activate our senses and awareness of yourself in space and time.
Through guided meditation and acting practices by Viola Spolin, we are discovering our inner world and getting aware of connection between inside and outside.
Work includes techniques for activating and harmonising our being both physically and mentally, exploring space around us and inside of us, communication and interaction, breathing and voice exercises, performing and improvisation techniques.
Who can attend?
Workshop is appropriate for all age groups and all profiles. It includes body movement but can be altered for people with disabilities.
It is ideal as team building, spiritual get away, for fortifying performance skills and bringing more confidence in your everyday on workplace and in home.
How long does it take?
Workshop is three hours long and includes: introduction, activating body meditation, exercises with space, exercises with senses, short tea break, group work - improvisation, relaxing meditation.
